Removing Access Rights to all Staff

You can remove all the existing access rights for a member of staff, except access to their own Mail.

To remove access:

  1. From Vision 3, select Management Tools - Control Panel - Mail Maintenance and then the Staff Access tab.
  2. Right click on the name of the staff member whose access rights to mail you want to remove.
  3. Select Remove All.
  4. A 'Remove [staff name] 's access rights to ALL staff?' message displays.' Select Yes to confirm, or No to cancel the process:
